The procedure to assign a conditional end route to a rent arrears policy is as follows:
- Navigate to Quick Menu > Rents > Configuration > Arrears Policy. The Arrears Policy window is displayed.
- Select a rent arrears policy from the alphabetical list or type its name into the Search Arrears Policy field. By default the list is filtered to show Current arrears policies. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Expired, Future or All combinations
1.
- Click on Conditions. The Conditions tab is activated.
- Select an existing expression or action node as the branch for the end route.
- Click on New Yes End Route or New No End Route, as required
2. The new end route node appears in the graphical view, prefixed with the end route type i.e. Y or N.
- Click on Save
3.
Note
1 The Search Arrears Policy field will match against any element of the policy name.
2 System validation rules control the logical end route options that are available for selection, based on any other conditional branches already linked to the specific node.
3 No further conditional expressions or actions can be attached to an end route node.
