The procedure to delete the draft version of a task path workflow is as follows:
- Navigate to Quick Menu > System > Cases and Tasks > Task Path Creator. The Task Path Creator window is displayed.
- Expand a module heading from the alphabetical list and select an associated task path definition, or enter its name into the Search Task Paths field. By default the list is filtered to show Current task path definitions. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Expired, Future or All combinations
1.
- With the Details tab activated, all historical task path definition variants are displayed in the Version History summary table.
- Highlight the row matching the draft task path definition variant to be deleted.
- Click on Delete Draft
2. The end user is asked to affirm the operation before the task path definition variant is removed from the Version History summary table
3.
Note
1 The Search Task Paths field will match against any element of the task path definition description.
2 This option is only activated on selection of a task path definition variant that is currently set to Draft status.
3 This process cannot be reversed; hence any task path definition variant deleted in error must be recreated from first principles.
