To view the linked case definitions for a task path workflow

The procedure to view the linked case definitions for a task path workflow is as follows:

  1. Navigate to Quick Menu > System > Cases and Tasks > Task Path Creator. The Task Path Creator window is displayed.
  2. Expand a module heading from the alphabetical list and select an associated task path definition, or enter its name into the Search Task Paths field. By default the list is filtered to show Current task path definitions. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Expired, Future or All combinations 1.
  3. Click on Case Definitions. The Case Definitions tab is activated, revealing a list of all module-specific case frameworks that are structured around the selected task path workflow, as displayed in the Case Definitions summary table 1. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below 2.
  4. Click on Close.


Tip

1 By default, all task path definition variants are sorted chronologically; to aid analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.

Note

1 The Search Task Paths field will match against any element of the task path definition description.

2 Use the summary table Menu option to hide or reveal additional columns of information.


Field

Description

Description

The name of each case definition framework - subject, category, stage, type, etc. - linked to the task path workflow.

Companies

A list of all companies for which each case definition framework has been configured.

Effective From

The date on which each link between the task path workflow and an overarching case definition framework came into effect.

Effective To

The expiry date set for each link between the task path workflow and an overarching case definition framework.
