To view the action plans for a resource subtype

The procedure to view the action plans for a resource subtype is as follows:

1. Navigate to Quick Menu > Allocations > Configuration > Resource Subtype. The Resource Subtype window is displayed.
2. Expand a category heading from the alphabetical list and select an associated resource subtype, or type its name into the Search Subtypes field 1.
3. Click on Action Plans. The Action Plans tab is activated, revealing all action plans linked to the resource subtype in the Resource Action Plans summary table 1. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below.
4. Click on Close.

Tip

1 By default, all action plans are displayed in chronological order; to aid in identification and analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.

Note

1 The Search Subtypes field will match against any element of the resource subtype description.
