The procedure to view the hierarchical cost centre dependencies is as follows:
Tip
1 By default, all child cost centres are displayed in alphabetical order; to aid in identification and analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.
Note
1 The Search Cost Centres field will match against any element of the cost centre description.
2 A subset of fields are visible by default; additional fields can be revealed or hidden via the Menu option.

The name of the child cost centre containing a cascaded cost element. |
Cost element |
The name of the cascaded cost element. |
Apportionment |
The percentage rate used to calculate the cascaded cost element value i.e. the portion of the overall charge allocated to the child cost centre. |
Effective from |
The date on which the child cost centre dependency came into effect. |
Effective to |
The date beyond which the child cost centre dependency expires; a blank field means the dependency link between parent and child cost centres will be continually valid. |
