The procedure to update the status of an equipment servicing programme is as follows:

1 The Search Programs field will match against any element of the equipment servicing programme name.
2 Once the status is set to Cancelled or Complete, an equipment servicing programme can still be reopened, if required.
3 The values available for selection are filtered according to the previously recorded status, and controlled by predefined progression stages as described in the table below.
4 The permitted date entry format is DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY; the permitted time entry format is HH:MM.

A manually assigned stage, denoting that all planned equipment servicing for each associated asset within the programme has now been successfully completed. |
