To authorise an equipment servicing programme

The procedure to authorise an equipment servicing programme is as follows:

  1. Navigate to Quick Menu > Planned & Servicing Lite > Management > Service Program Management. The Service Program Management window is displayed.
  2. Expand the Awaiting Authorisation status heading and select an associated equipment servicing programme from the alphabetical list, or type its name into the Search Programs field. By default the list is filtered to show All servicing programmes. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Authorised, Awaiting Authorisation, Cancelled, Complete, Entered, On Hold, Work In Progress, etc. 1.
  3. Click on Authorise Program 2. The status of the equipment servicing programme is set to Authorised.


Note

1 The Search Programs field will match against any element of the equipment servicing programme name.

2 Authorisation permission is only granted to end users with planned programme limit values exceeding the combined sum of all associated SOR template prices for each linked asset.
