The procedure to assign accreditation dependencies to a SOR code is as follows:
- Navigate to Quick Menu > Repairs > Configuration > Schedule of Rates. The Schedule Of Rates Details window is displayed.
- Expand a SOR table, trade and section trade from the alphabetical list and select an associated SOR code (short description), or type its name into the Search SOR field. By default the list is filtered to show Current SOR codes. An alternative filter can be applied using the Filter by drop-down field: Expired, Future or All combinations
1.
- Click on Accreditations. The Accreditations tab is activated, revealing a list of certification dependencies linked to the SOR code, both current and lapsed.
- Click on New Accreditation. The Add Accreditation window is displayed.
- Using the Accreditation type drop-down field, select an appropriate contractor certification dependency for the SOR code.
- Choose an Effective from date for this new accreditation i.e. the date on which the dependency came into effect
2.
- Choose an Effective to date if the dependency is to be time bound; a blank field means the contractor certification is permanently required.
- Click on Save to store the single entry or Save & Add to record additional accreditation dependencies. The entries appear in the Accreditations summary table.
Note
1 The Search SOR field will match against any element of the SOR code short description.
2 The Effective from date defaults to the current system date and cannot be left blank.
