  13. Choose an Effective from date for this linked review notification i.e. the date on which the link came into effect 5.
  14. Choose an Effective to date if the notification link is to be reviewed on a specific date or to capture a change of circumstances; a blank field means the link will be continually valid.
  15. Optionally, click on Amend Communication to choose an alternative communication to the one originally selected.
  16. Click on Confirm. The review notification is displayed in the summary table.
  17. Repeat steps 3 through 16 to add further review notifications, ensuring that the desired order sequence is upheld.
  18. Click on Save.

Tip

1 To return all communication definitions in the results subset, simply click on Search without specifying any matching criteria.

Note

1 The Search Review Types field will match against any element of the review type description.

2 Each review notification must be assigned a unique and chronological order sequence number.

3 System validation rules ensure that the description entered for each new review notification is unique for the effective period.

4 These custom values can be populated by the end user via the system parameter entitled Application Status Change Reasons.

5 The Effective from date defaults to the current system date and cannot be left blank.
