To view the current action plan for an asset void episode

The procedure to view the current action plan for an asset void episode is as follows:

Using the global search facility, type in the first few characters of the asset address 1.
Double-click on the row containing the exact record match. Where the expected record is not listed, a more advanced search can be conducted using the spy-glass icon ().
Click on Asset Details. The Asset Details window is displayed for the current asset.
Click on History. The History tab is activated, revealing a list of all chronological agreement and void episodes for the asset in the Rent summary table.
Double-click on a row matching a void episode against which an action plan is linked. The Asset Void Episode window is displayed.
Click on Action Plan. The Action Plan tab is activated, revealing the name of the Current plan name, the Start date (the date on which the plan was commenced), the Target date (the planned completion date for the plan) and the Current milestone (the action within the plan with the closest completion date pending and where the number of assigned target days have elapsed).
In addition, all actions linked to the asset void episode, both from current and previous plans, are displayed in the Action HIstory summary table 1. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below.
Click on Close.

Tip

1 By default, all actions are displayed in chronological order; to aid in identification and analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.

1 The search facility will automatically return all possible matches for any corresponding address field once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.

Field	Description
Plan	The name of the plan to which the action is linked.
Action	The description of the action linked to the plan.
Started	The actual date on which the action was commenced.
Target date	The proposed completion date for the action, derived from the default number of target days assigned to it.
Revised	A Boolean indicator to denote that the action target date has been amended from the originally calculated value.
Target days	The number of days remaining before the target completion date is reached.
Complete date	The actual date on which the action was completed.
Notes	The contextual information added to the action record in support of the current status progression.
SLA	A colour code indicator to summarise the status of the action relative to the target date (Green - Amber - Red). Green = The action is on track; Amber = The warning days limit set for the action has now been reached; Red = The target date set for the action has expired.
