The resource teams able to fulfil all actions linked to a specific group can be identified as part of the overall definition record, therefore controlling the subset of teams / members that can be nominated when progressing a combined subset of actions. By design, all teams that are aligned to the same accreditation types will be displayed automatically; the end user is then free to assign an 'effective' date (denoting the point from which the team becomes active) and also the 'default' status (signifying the team with overall primary responsibility for related actions), as appropriate.
The procedure to assign an accredited team to a risk action group is as follows:

Note
1 The Search for Action Groups field will match against any element of the action group description.
2 Only one team can be assigned as the default for a specific action group within a single company; where an existing team already has this setting the end user will need to reaffirm one or the other.
3 Once the assigned Effective From date is reached, the team will be automatically set to Active status.
