The procedure to add organisation details is as follows:
- Navigate to Quick Menu > System > Configuration > Organisations. The Organisation Details window is displayed.
- Click on New Organisation

- Enter the Organisation name into the field provided i.e. the name of the housing association.
- Enter the Environment name into the field provided

- Enter the unique License key for the housing association into the field provided

- Use the Assistance text field to enter a contact point or service desk helpline telephone number available to end users.
- Enter the Default email address for the housing association into the field provided.
- Click on Save.
Note
1 This option will only be available for the initial record creation process.
2 Where multiple databases are maintained, the Environment name can be used for identification purposes e.g. 'Live System' or 'Training Suite'.
3 The unique License key will be provided as part of the housing association's End User License Agreement (EULA)..
