To add organisation details

The procedure to add organisation details is as follows:

  1. Navigate to Quick Menu > System > Configuration > Organisations. The Organisation Details window is displayed.
  2. Click on New Organisation 1.
  3. Enter the Organisation name into the field provided i.e. the name of the housing association.
  4. Enter the Environment name into the field provided 2.
  5. Enter the unique License key for the housing association into the field provided 3.
  6. Use the Assistance text field to enter a contact point or service desk helpline telephone number available to end users.
  7. Enter the Default email address for the housing association into the field provided.
  8. Click on Save.


Note

1 This option will only be available for the initial record creation process.

2 Where multiple databases are maintained, the Environment name can be used for identification purposes e.g. 'Live System' or 'Training Suite'.

3 The unique License key will be provided as part of the housing association's End User License Agreement (EULA)..
