To view the task path workflow for an estate management inspection type

The procedure to view the task path workflow for an estate management inspection type is as follows:

Navigate to Quick Menu > Estate Management > Configuration > Inspection Type. The Inspection Type Configuration window is displayed.
Expand an estate classification heading and select an inspection type from the alphabetical list, or enter its name into the Search Inspection Types field. By default the list is filtered to show Current inspection types. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Expired, Future or All combinations 1.
Click on Tasks. The Tasks tab is activated, revealing a list of all task path workflow structures linked to the estate management inspection type 2.
Highlight the row matching the specific task path workflow structure to be analysed.
Click on View Task Path. The Task Path Creator window is displayed.
Click on Path. The Path tab is activated.
Use the Version drop-down field to ensure that the correct variant of the task path is displayed i.e. a diagrammatical representation of the Live workflow structure linked to the estate management inspection type 3.
Use the Expand () and Collapse () icons in conjunction with the magnification slider () to drill down on a particular branch, lane or node cluster. The operation of these diagrammatical controls is covered separately in the topic Understanding the task path creator.
Click on Close.

1 The Search Inspection Types field will match against any element of the estate management inspection type description.

2 Separate task path workflow structures cannot coexist for the same company across overlapping effective periods.

3 All component building blocks inherent within the task path workflow structure are available for viewing only.
