To view the points based rent charge elements for an asset

The procedure to view the points based rent charge elements for an asset is as follows:

Using the global search facility, type in the first few characters of the asset address 1.
Double-click on the row containing the exact record match. Where the expected record is not listed, a more advanced search can be conducted using the spy-glass icon ().
Click on Asset Details. The Asset Details window is displayed for the current asset.
Click on Rent Details. The Asset Rent Details window is displayed.
Click on Rent Points. The Rent Points tab is activated, revealing a filtered list of all points based charge elements linked to the asset in the Rent Points summary table. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below.

Note

1 The search facility will return all possible matches for any corresponding address field once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.

Field	Description
Element	The name of the element charge e.g. Basic Rent, Service Charge, Heating, Insurance.
Points	The number of rent points attributed to the charge element (integer values).
Effective From	The date on which the charge element came into effect.
Effective To	The date defining the valid duration of the element charge; a blank field means the charge will be continually valid.
Updated By	The name of the end user who updated the element charge most recently.
Updated Date	The date on which the element charge was last updated.
