Activated through the system preference Use Enhanced Voids, case-oriented functionality can be applied to the management of asset voids (organisation and non-organisation properties), as well as resource episodes (focused on the delivery of wraparound tenant services). In particular, an action plan to make ready a specific resource can be closely controlled through the execution of a Generic Case, with the associated task path workflow structure detailing all significant events and milestones (often referred to as signposts, these can be incorporated within the overall workflow to denote the successful completion of a distinct phase and herald the start of the next one).
The procedure to view the milestones within an asset void case file is as follows:
