The successful sharing and, where applicable, transfer of documentation between iManage Work and Civica Cx Housing is conducted through an Integration Management service instance. For end users with appropriate access privileges, this customisation extends to the control of all forms and action buttons from where externally held documents can be retrieved, specifying the document classifications that are applicable - Tenancy Agreements, Court Applications, Repair Confirmations, Gas Certificates, etc. - and also their overarching category.
The procedure to create a new iManage Work EDM integration service is as follows:
- Navigate to Quick Menu > System > Configuration > Integration Management. The Integration Management window is displayed.
- Click on New Integration. All fields are activated ready for data entry

Tip
1 Where only a small number of parameter values are not required, activate the All tick box first and then deselect individual items from the full list, as appropriate; the All tick box will be automatically removed once an item is deselected.
Note
1 Upon first access, all fields are automatically activated ready for data entry; hence the New Integration button is inactive.
2 System validation rules ensure that the name entered for each EDM integration service is unique for the effective period.
