To assign fixed dates to an estate management case schedule

The procedure to assign fixed dates to an estate management case schedule is as follows:

  1. Prerequisite procedural steps are covered separately in the topic To configure an estate management case schedule. Refer to these before proceeding to step 2.
  2. Click on Fixed Date, if not already selected. The Fixed Date tab is activated.
  3. Click on New Fixed Date. The New Fixed Date window is displayed.
  4. Enter the Date of the first scheduled estate management case using the calendar icon (), or type in the value directly 1.
  5. Click on Confirm. The scheduled slot is displayed in the Fixed Date summary table.
  6. Repeat steps 2 through 4 to set future dates for the iterative case generation cycle i.e. those applicable to the assigned estate records and overarching inspection type.
  7. Click on Save 2.


Note

1 The permitted date entry format is DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY.

2 To remove a fixed date from the estate management case schedule, highlight the row matching the obsolete slot and click on Remove Fixed Date; at least one entry must be preserved for case schedules of this recurrence type.
