The procedure to assign fixed dates to an estate management case schedule is as follows:
- Prerequisite procedural steps are covered separately in the topic To configure an estate management case schedule. Refer to these before proceeding to step 2.
- Click on Fixed Date, if not already selected. The Fixed Date tab is activated.
- Click on New Fixed Date. The New Fixed Date window is displayed.
- Enter the Date of the first scheduled estate management case using the calendar icon (
), or type in the value directly

- Click on Confirm. The scheduled slot is displayed in the Fixed Date summary table.
- Repeat steps 2 through 4 to set future dates for the iterative case generation cycle i.e. those applicable to the assigned estate records and overarching inspection type.
- Click on Save

Note
1 The permitted date entry format is DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY.
2 To remove a fixed date from the estate management case schedule, highlight the row matching the obsolete slot and click on Remove Fixed Date; at least one entry must be preserved for case schedules of this recurrence type.
