To add a library group to a question form section

The procedure to add a library group to a question form section is as follows:

1. Navigate to Quick Menu > System > Configuration > Form Template. The Form Template window is displayed.
2. Expand a category heading from the alphabetical list and select an associated question form template, or type its name into the Search Templates field. By default the list is filtered to show Current question form templates. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Expired, Future or All combinations 1.
3. Click on Page Setup. The Page Setup tab is activated.
4. Using the drop-down field, select the question form page containing the desired section for the additional library group.
5. Locate the specific horizontal bar matching the section in which a library group of questions will be added.
6. Click on Add Library Group. The Group Library window is displayed.
7. Select the desired library question group from the alphabetical list. The attributes of the selected library group, including all linked questions. are displayed for identification purposes.
8. Click on Confirm. The new library group, including all linked questions, appear in the layout as a series of indented horizontal bars, underneath the associated section heading 2.
9. Click on Save 3.

Note

1 The Search Templates field will match against any element of the question form template name.

2 It is not permitted to add additional, ad hoc questions to the inserted library group.

3 Recorded responses to questions contained within a library group will be reflected in all associated forms.
