The procedure to view the property costs relevant to a home buy case is as follows:
Tip
1 By default, all costs are displayed in chronological order i.e. the date on which they were raised against the home buy case; to aid analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.
Note
1 Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start and end date ranges, stage, company, status) to ensure that the correct home buy case is returned; an alternative Search by category of Contact or Contact Group may be selected to extend the available search fields.
2 Use the summary table Menu option to hide or reveal additional columns of information; apply the standard 'drag and drop' technique to reposition columns into a different order.

The classification of the cost incurred by the landlord on the property e.g. Bathroom Refurbishment, New Kitchen, etc. |

The contextual information in support of the cost being raised against the home buy case. |

The total value of the discrete cost floor item. |
