To view the case dependencies for an estate management inspection type

The procedure to view the case dependencies for an estate management inspection type is as follows:

1. Navigate to Quick Menu > Estate Management > Configuration > Inspection Type. The Inspection Type Configuration window is displayed.
2. Expand an estate classification heading and select an inspection type from the alphabetical list, or enter its name into the Search Inspection Types field. By default the list is filtered to show Current inspection types. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Expired, Future or All combinations 1.
3. Click on Current Cases. The Current Cases tab is activated, revealing a list of all estate management cases that are structured around the inspection type in current focus, as displayed in the Current Cases summary table 1. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below 2.
4. Click on Close.

Tip

1 By default, all estate management case dependencies are displayed chronologically, by their start date (most recent at the top); to aid analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.

Note

1 The Search Inspection Types field will match against any element of the estate management inspection type description.

2 Use the summary table Menu option to hide or reveal additional columns of information; apply the standard 'drag and drop' technique to reposition columns into a different order.
