- Navigate to Quick Menu > Planned & Servicing Lite > Management > Service Program Management. The Service Program Management window is displayed.
- Expand a status heading and select an associated equipment servicing programme from the alphabetical list, or type its name into the Search Programs field. By default the list is filtered to show All servicing programmes. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Authorised, Awaiting Authorisation, Cancelled, Complete, Entered, On Hold, Work In Progress, etc.
1.
- Click on Works. The Works tab is activated, revealing all assets linked to the equipment servicing programme in the Works summary table.
- Activate the Select tick box against each asset record for which a change of status is required
2.
- Click on Status. The Service Program Asset Status Update window is displayed.
- Using the Status drop-down field, select the next progression stage for the asset record subset within the context of the equipment servicing programme e.g. On Hold, Cancelled, etc.
3.
- Enter the Status date using the calendar icon (
) or type in the value directly i.e. the date on which the status change came into effect; a time may also be specified using the clock icon (
)
4.
- Using the Status reason drop-down field, select a parameter value to qualify the circumstances surrounding the change of progression status.
- Use the Status note field to add contextual information in support of the status change.
- Click on Save. The applied status change is reflected in the Works summary table.
Note
1 The Search Programs field will match against any element of the equipment servicing programme name.
2 It is important to only group together assets where the proposed status change, effective date, reason and contextual information are identical.
3 Only status values matching the permitted progression stages common to all assets within the chosen subset are available for selection.
4 The permitted date entry format is DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY, whilst the permitted time entry format is HH:MM; only values up to the current system date and time stamp can be recorded.
