For each planned maintenance contract, the periodic structure defined within the associated financial calendar is presented in grid form, with the rows reflecting the individual account codes (cost centres) linked to it. At each intersection, inline editing is supported at cell level, allowing the administrator to record the available budget value for the corresponding cost centre, split across the different periods that fall within the planned duration boundaries. To avoid excessive scrolling, the system is configured to maximise the visible area available to the grid, with additional period columns included on subsequent screens.
The procedure to allocate devolved budget figures to a planned maintenance contract is as follows:
Note
1 Only those periods with date ranges aligned to the planned start and end dates of the contract are displayed.
2 Navigation between screens is achieved using the familiar 'First Record', 'Previous Record', 'Next Record' and 'Last Record' icon controls.
